It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the present contempt petition, the name of the sole respondent Mr. Amol Yedge, Collector, Yavatmal came to be substituted by Dr.

Pankaj Ashiya, Collector, Yavatmal.

Thus, the applicant wants to amend the name of newly posted Collector in view of transfer of earlier Collector, by way of amendment.

The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Permission is granted to substitute/incorporate the name newly posted respondent as mentioned in the application. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.
