It is stated in the application that the notices issued to the above said respondents received back unserved as the authorities of the respondent no.1 and 2 are not entrusted with any charge of department in the Mantralaya as per the bailiff report. Thus, the applicant wants to substitute the names of the authorities of the respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed.

Permission is granted to amend the nomenclature of the respondent nos.1 and 2 as mentioned in the application.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition.

Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within six weeks.
