CAN No. 111/2024 in Contempt Petition No. 195/2024 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated :21.11.2024 This application is taken out for permission to issue fresh notice to respondent no.1, the Chief Officer of Municipal Council, Hinganghat. That, the notice issued in the name of the Chief Officer - Harshal Gaikwad, returned back unserved as the said respondent came to be retired. Thus, the applicant is furnishing name of present Chief Officer of respondent no.1 as mentioned in the application for issuing fresh notice. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent on the address mentioned in the application, returnable within six weeks.
