The appellant is permitted to serve the respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the appellant shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

As the appellant is ready to deposit 25% of the decreetal amount there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and order dated 10.11.2023 passed the District Judge-4, Amravati in Reg. Civil Appeal No.158 of 2013. 7.
The 25% amount of decreetal amount shall be deposited within two weeks from today.
