(3) For the reasons stated in Paragraph No. 2 of the Application, the Application is allowed. The delay in filing the Restoration Application is hereby condoned and Registry is directed to register the MCA.

(7) After registration of the Writ Petition, the Petitioners to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. (8) The Application stands disposed of.
