Learned advocate for non-applicant No.2 has raised the objection for appointment of Advocate Mr. J.S. Deorankar as an Arbitrator. It is submitted that non-applicant No.2 creates doubt about the Arbitrator.

The learned advocates for the parties submit that Advocate Mr. Kishor D. Deshpande be appointed as an Arbitrator.

In view of this, I propose to appoint Advocate Mr. Kishor D. Deshpande as the sole Arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties.

The Registrar (Judicial) to seek disclosure as per Sections 11(8) and 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The applicant shall deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with the Registry of this Court towards processing charges.
6.
The disclosure be called within four weeks.
7.
Stand over after four weeks.
