NO. 102/2009 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 06/02/2025 The application is taken out for permission to amend the civil application St. No. 15860/2023, application for revision bearing stamp No. 14073/2024 and application bearing No. 894/2024 for condonation of delay in preferring the revision applicaton to add LRs of R.No. 1 as party respondents. It is stated in the application that the names of LRs were not added as respondent parties. Further, the mistake was not deliberate and was done inadvertently.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the newly added legal representative of R.No. 1, returnable by four weeks.
