NO. 493/2004 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 20/02/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 1-A(b and C) and 1-D by way of paper publication. As per bailiff's report, notice received back unserved for want of correct address. It is stated in the application that appellant tried to trace the correct address, but could not get the same. So, appellant prays for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondents by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Daily Deshonnati' Akola Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
