The applicant/claimant is ready to waive the interest of the statutory benefit for the delayed period. 5.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - (a). 6.

The applicant/claimant shall not be entitled for the interest and the statutory benefit for the delayed period.
