This is an application for speaking to the minutes. It is pointed out that the application made for withdrawal of the entire decreetal amount was allowed, and the permission was granted to withdraw 90% of the entire decreetal amount. It is pointed out that, however, in paragraph 4 of the order dated 16.01.2024, it is mentioned as '90% of the balance amount'. 3.

It is seen that the mistake has occurred. It is required to be corrected. In paragraph 4 of the order dated 16.01.2024, the word 'balance' be substituted by the word 'decreetal'. 4.

Necessary corrections be made in the order and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
