The Court fees of Rs.19,815/- was not deposited by the appellant-applicant. Learned Advocate for the appellant-applicant pointed out that now the applicant is ready to deposit Court fee.

Considering this submission, the application deserves to be allowed.

The order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 25.7.2023 is set aside and the appeal is restored on its original stamp number, subject to payment of Court fees. 6.
