DATE : 1ST MARCH, 2024 The civil application seeks modification of the order dated 02/05/2023, passed on Civil Application (W) No.1397 of 2023, by issuance of a direction permitting the respondent No.5 alone to withdraw the amount of Rs.56,000/- deposited in this Court. Ms. Fadnavis, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not have any objection. The application itself in para-7 states that since the respondent No.5 is a jobless person and has no source of income, he should be paid the money. The application is signed by all the respondents/joint landlords. Considering the above position, the application is allowed. The amount of Rs.56,000 deposit in this Court be transferred in the Bank account of the respondent No.5 as indicated in prayer clause (a) of the application. The application stands disposed of.
