By the present Application, the learned Counsel is seeking discharge on the ground that the client is not in contact with him. The learned Counsel further submits that case papers have been handed over to Mr. Mangesh Telrandhe, the Power of Attorney of Applicant. Thus, it appears that the Applicant is not in contact with the Counsel and case papers have been returned back.
