Ms. Dhande, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, submitted that now the project is handed over to Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation (VIDC); however, VIDC has not been added as a party to the proceedings by the appellants. In response, learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to add VIDC as a party respondent. Leave is granted as prayed.
