This is an application for condonation of delay of 59 days caused in filing application for restoration of the appeal for not filing the paper book.

Heard learned advocates for the parties.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only). The costs be deposited with M/s The High Court Gazetted Officers Association, Nagpur within one week from today.

On payment of the costs, the application for restoration of the appeal be registered.

If the costs are not paid, the order of dismissal of the appeal shall stand.
