Deshpande, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for the respondent No.1, to post this Public Interest Litigation after vacation, that is on 26-6-2024, by which date we expect the respondent No.1 to file an affidavit about the decision taken on the issue of constitution of Board pursuant to Article 371(2) of the Constitution of India.
