These applications are filed to condone the delay in filing the restoration application and to restore the petition. 2.

It is contended that as the petitioner failed to furnish the address of respondent No.2, the petition was dismissed in default. Now, the petitioner has furnished the address of respondent No.2.

Considering the same, we deem it appropriate to allow these applications. Hence, both applications are allowed, as prayed.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned, and the petition is restored to its original position.
