Learned Counsel Mr. Bhuibhar appearing for the applicant utterly urges that the parties are well educated and there could be a way-out, if mediation is done by skillful way. He is still hopeful that the entire controversy would be resolved as the couple is having a daughter aged 11 years.

Learned Counsel Mr. Sambre has some reservations for sending the matter for mediation since earlier mediation as well as conciliation efforts have been failed in both Courts. However, he has acceded to our request to have one another round of mediation, but with a rider to expeditiously conclude the mediation process as the interim order is running against him.

In view of above, by consent of both learned Counsel, we hereby appoint Mr. S. Y. Deopujari, learned Counsel as a Mediator.

Both the parties shall appear before the learned Mediator on 26.09.2024 in the Mediation Center of this Court.
