Copy of death certificate is enclosed with the bailiff report. That the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent no.2 is received back unserved for want of correct address. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of respondent no.2 and prays to substitute name and address of newly appointed President of respondent no.1 as mentioned in the application. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within six weeks.
