This is an application filed by the appellants for condonation of 387 days delay caused in filing application for restoration of the appeal.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay of 387 days caused in filing application for restoration of the appeal is condoned, subject payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) by the applicant/appellants to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur, within two weeks from today.
