This is an application for modification of the order dated 11th March, 2024. It is submitted that the amount of compensation has been deposited before the Labour Court. The deposit receipt is annexed to the appeal.

In view of this, the order dated 11th March, 2024 is modified. It is accordingly recorded that the amount has already been deposited. In view of this, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 08.08.2023 till disposal of the appeal.
