Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. (2) The present Application is filed by the Appellant for condonation of delay in filing the Family Court Appeal, wherein there is a delay of 161 days.
(3) Learned Counsel for the Respondent has drawn our attention to the various orders passed by the Family Court, Nagpur directing the Respondent (present Appellant) to pay the maintenance, however, no penny is paid or deposited as per the orders passed by the Family Court or this Court in Criminal Revision Application No. 299/2022. ....A....
22cao509.25 22cao509.25 (4) As such, the Appellant is directed to deposit the entire arrears as per the common judgment dated 13/05/2024 passed by the Family Court, Nagpur in Petition No. C-13/2021 within a period of four weeks from today.
(5) After deposit of the said amount, the Application for condonation of delay will be considered.
