The appellant is exempted from placing the certified copy of judgment dated 19/12/2023 in Petition E No.250 of 2014 on record. The application stands disposed of.

FCA NOS. 15/2024 & 10/2025 Learned counsel Mr.A.B.Mahajan appearing for the respondents in both the matters, on instructions, submits that he will file vakalatnama within a week. The learned counsel for the appellant to supply copy of both the appeals within a period of one week.
