This is an application filed by the appellants seeking permission to deposit deficit amount of compensation and for grant of stay.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The appellant is permitted to deposit the deficit amount within one week.

5.

Subject to deposit of the amount, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned award dated 19.05.2022 passed in Land Acquisition Case No. 1127/AMT/AMT/ 2018, during pendency of this appeal.
