By the present application the wife of injured is seeking to add her name in place of injured in the appeal memo on the ground that pending appeal the injured expired. As such, the appeal has been withdrawn by the insurance company. However, the issue croped up for disbursing the amount of compensation. Hence, present application.

The wife has on oath stated that she is the only legal representative of the injured, namely, Gulab Krishnaji Lambat.

The counsel for insurance company has no objection if the application is allowed.

In view of above, the application is allowed, as prayed for.

Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith in the appeal memo.

The registry shall disburse the amount of compensation in favour of newly added claimant along with accrued interest.
