Learned advocates for the parties submitted that Shri Justice Rohit B. Deo (Former Judge of Bombay High Court) has expressed his inability to act as an Arbitrator in the matter. Learned advocates, therefore, submitted that it is necessary to appoint another Arbitrator in his place. 2.

Both the parties submit that Shri Justice B.P. Dharmadhikari (Former Chief Justice of Bombay High Court) be appointed as Sole Arbitrator in the matter. 3.

In view of the statement, I propose to appoint Shri Justice B.P. Dharmadhikari (Former Chief Justice of Bombay High Court) as Sole Arbitrator in the matter. 4.

Registrar (Judicial) to seek disclosure as per Sections 11(8) and 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
