Delay of 1030 days caused in filing application for restoration of the appeal is condoned, subject payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) by the applicant/appellants to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur, within two weeks from today.
