By the present Application, Applicant - Prudent ARC Ltd. is seeking to replace the Respondent No.2 - State Bank of India in Company Application No. 7/2016.

It appears that the Applicant - Prudent ARC Ltd. has acquired rights of the State Bank of India in the present Application by the Deed of Assignment dated 22/3/2024.

The Original Applicant - M/s Krishidhan Seeds Pvt. Ltd. represented by the learned Counsel Mr. Patil and the Original Respondent No.2 - State Bank of India represented by Mr. M. Anilkumar has no objection, if the Application is allowed. 4.
In view of above, Company Application is allowed. 5.
Applicant - M/s Krishidhan Seeds Pvt. Ltd. shall take appropriate steps to replace the name of State Bank of India by Prudent ARC Ltd. within one week from today.
6.
Necessary amendment be carried out in Company Application No. 7/2016 and amended copy of the Application be served on Prudent ARC Ltd.
