No. 377/2003 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 20.06.2024 This application is taken out for permission to supply correct name of Taluka as Dhamangaon -Railway, District Amravati under whose jurisdiction the unserved non-applicants reside, in place of Taluka Tiosa. That the notices issued to the unserved non-applicants are received back unserved for want of correct address.

Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address i.e correct name of Taluka under whose jurisdiction the unserved nonapplicants reside. Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid unserved non-applicants, returnable within six weeks.
