That, the notice issued to respondent no.2 received back unserved with report that the noticee is retired from service. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid appellant and wants to amend the cause title as regards respondent no.2.

The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent no.2, returnable within six weeks.
