Nanda w/o Siddharth Sonpimpale on record. It is stated in the application that R.No. 5 expired on 26/01/2024. Death certificate is annexed with application. Hence, the applicants pray for bringing legal heirs of deceased R.No. 5 on record.

It is seen that the R.No. 5 has expired on 26/01/2024 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 24/04/2024 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring the legal heirs of the deceased R. No. 5 on record.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Counsel for the applicant to file vakalatnama for proposed LRs of Applicant No. 5 within a period of two weeks.
