The applicant/respondent seeks permission of withdrawal of amount of maintenance deposited by the husband in the appeal. We see no reason to deprive a lady from getting the maintenance amount.

In view of that application is allowed.

Respondent-wife is permitted to withdraw the maintenance amount deposited by the husband in this Court.

Civil application stands disposed of.

Learned Advocate appearing for the parties would submit that the matrimonial dispute is likely to be Kavita

In view of above, Mr. J.J.Chandurkar, learned Advocate is appointed as a mediator. Both the parties shall appear before the learned Mediator within a period of two weeks by seeking his prior appointment. 3.

Learned Mediator is requested to submit the report within a period of three weeks from the date of first appearance of the parties.

Stand over after four weeks.
