MARCH 11, MARCH 11, (1) The present Application is filed for condonation of delay of 522 days in filing the Application for restoration of Misc. Civil Application (St) No. 19136/2022. It is stated in the Application that Counsel for the Applicant - Shri Deepshankar Agnihotri passed away and it was not informed to the Applicant herein. The matter was dismissed for want of removal of the office objections vide order dated 05/01/2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). It was not within the knowledge of the Applicant and the delay of 522 days has been caused in filing the Misc. Civil Application (St) No. 12531/2024. (2) For the reasons stated in the Application, I am satisfied that there is sufficient cause to condone the delay. As such, the Application ....A....

By the said MCA, the Applicant is seeking transfer of the Petition from Morshi to Gondia. (5) For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. The order dated 05/01/2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is hereby quashed and set aside and Registry is directed to register the Misc. Civil Application (St) No. 19136/2022 on its original stamp number.
(6) After registration of Misc. Civil Application (St) No. 19136/2022, the Applicant to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks.
