CAO NO. 956/2024 in MCA No. 923/2023 in Second Appeal No. 613/2006 (D) Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 08.08.2024 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete legal heir respondent no.1 viz. Geetabai Narayan Pande who is reported to be dead on 14.10.2023 as per the bailiff report dated 19.10.2023 from array of the respondents.

It is stated that legal heirs of respondent no. 1 are already on record. Thus, the applicant prays for deletion of name of respondent no.1 from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by an affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no. 1 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the appellant.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the matter.
