The appellant has filed this appeal challenging the judgment passed by the Family Court granting divorce to the respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has stated that it was amicably decided not to proceed with the divorce petition as the appellant and respondent were having two kids. During the pendency of the Family Court proceedings, the appellant was pregnant and she has not contested the matter as it was decided to cohabit.

The learned counsel for the appellant has stated that taking undue advantage of the situation, the matter was proceeded and without hearing the appellant, the decree of divorce was passed.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.
