This is an application for restoration of the appeal which was dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in the interest of justice. 5.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he is ready to comply office objections i.e. depositing of Court fees.

The order of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 17.10.2023 is set aside and the appeal is restored on its original stamp number, subject to depositing Court fees within two weeks.

It is clarified that if Court fees is not deposited within two weeks, the application shall be deemed to be rejected without further order.
