The present Application is filed by the Original Respondent No.1/Claimant for condonation of delay of 1801 days in filing Cross-Objections for enhancement of the compensation. Though the learned Counsel for Respondent No.3/Acquiring Body strongly opposed the Application on the ground of huge delay, but the Appeal filed by the Acquiring Body is already admitted. 3.
Under such circumstances and considering the reasons mentioned in the Application, delay of 1801 days in filing Cross-objections stands condoned, subject to condition that the Applicant/Respondent No.1 shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the aforesaid delay on the enhanced amount

Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of and the Cross-Objections be registered.
