Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.

The application is allowed on the condition that the applicants shall deposit amount of Rs.1,000/- in the Bar Library, High Court, Nagpur within eight weeks. 6.

The delay of 970 days caused in filing application for restoration of the appeal is condoned. 7.
