The applicant husband is seeking stay to the execution of impugned judgment and decree dated 21.03.2024 passed by the Family Court in Petition No. C11/2018. The Family Court has directed to pay past three years maintenance of Rs. 1,08,000/- and to pay maitenance @ Rs. 5,000/- per month.

The execution of impugned judgment and decree is stayed towards interim arrangement provided that the applicant shall pay sum of Rs. 50,000/- within four weeks from today.
