On the basis of assurance given by the counsel for the applicant/petitioner that he will diligently attend the proceeding and remove the office objection within one week from today if the petition is restored, the delay in filing application for restoration of petition is condoned. Writ Petition Stamp No.7183/2021 is restored on file with a clear understanding that if office objections are not removed within seven working days, order of dismissal passed by Registrar (Judicial), shall stand restored without further reference to the Court.
