JANUARY 30, 2025 Writ Petition Stamp No. 24836/2023 came to be dismissed vide order dated 15.04.2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) for non removal of office objections. The Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will diligently attend the proceeding before the Court as well as before Registrar (Judicial) and if the petition is restored shall remove office objections within seven working days. In view of the assurance so given and for the reasons set out in the applications, the application seeking to condone the delay as well as to restore the writ petition are allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the Library of High Court Bar Association, Nagpur. The delay is condoned and petition is restored. The petitioner shall remove office objections within seven working days, failing which the order of dismissal passed by Registrar (Judicial) shall stand restored, without further reference to the Court. The applications are disposed of.
