Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that though the respondent is served by the private mode however, he is not served through the regular mode and therefore, he is seeking direction to the learned 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule to serve the notice of this transfer application to respondent by placing it in HMP No.124/2023.

Considering the grounds raised in the application, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent in a Court premises.

The application is disposed of.

Misc. Civil Application be placed before the Court after four weeks.
