During pendency of the present proceeding, Smt. Kusumbai Sheshrao Wandhare, who is respondent no. 1a in Second Appeal No. 350/2017 and also one of the cross-objector in Cross-objection No. 27/2018, has RR Jaiswal

2 2-sa-350-17.odt died. By the present applications, permission to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased- Kusumbai and condonation of delay in filing the application is being sought.

For the reason mentioned in applications, the delay in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of deceased- Kusumbai on record is hereby condoned. The permission is granted to bring the names of legal representatives of deceased- Kusumbai on record in the Second Appeal as well in the Crossobjection. 4.

The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
