This is an application for condonation of delay of 336 days caused for filing application for restoration of the Family Court Appeal.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that he will remove the office objections on or before 25/10/2024. 5.

Considering the fact and the fact situation of case, delay of 336 days can be condoned, in the interest of justice. However, it would be proper to direct the applicant to deposit costs of Rs.1,000/- in the office of Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur on or before 25/10/2024.

Subject to deposit of costs of Rs.1,000/-, the application is allowed and disposed of.
