The applicants/respondents have filed this application for partial modification of the order dated 01.11.2023. In the said order in paragraph No.3, it is mentioned that 'the applicant/respondent is permitted to withdraw 25% amount with accrued interest on giving usual undertaking'.

The learned Counsel for the applicants/ respondents has stated that respondent Nos.2 and 3 became major during the pendency of this appeal. Therefore, the applicants seek modification of the order.

Hence, the paragraph No.3 of the order dated 01.11.2023 is corrected to read as under :

"Considering the reasons stated in the application, the applicant/respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 are permitted to withdraw 25% amount with accrued interest on giving usual undertaking"
