Learned advocate for the respondent No.1 submits that claimant - Santosh s/o Sukhanand Jawade is 78 years old and is unable to attend the Court. 5.

Registry is directed to directly transfer the amount of Rs.5,97,645/- along with accrued interest thereon in the account of respondent No.1.

Learned advocate for the respondent No.1 shall submit the bank details of respondent No.1 so that the amount shall be transferred in his account.
