The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing restoration application. There is a delay of 84 days in filing the restoration application in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.3469/2024.

It is submitted that the petitioner was suffering from fracture therefore he did not come to remove the office objection. The application is supported by affidavit of the Counsel.

As such, the application is allowed. The delay of 84 days caused in filing of restoration application is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to registered the Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.18651/2024.

The application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition (Stamp) No.3469/2024. The said petition stands dismissed for want of removal of office objection. By the order of Registrar, the Registrar was refused to register the writ petition as the office objections were not removed by the end of 24.06.2024.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 24.06.2024, passed by the Registrar, is hereby quashed and set aside. 3.
The Registry is directed to restore the Writ Petition on its original Stamp Number and allow the petitioner to remove the office objections within two weeks after registration.
