ATE : JULY 08, 2025 CAO No. 1245/2024 and MCAST No.8415/2024 1) The applicant/appellant has filed these applications for condonation of delay of 279 days caused by the filing of the restoration application and appeal, for which learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has given no objection.
2) Considering the reasons disclosed in the applications, as well as the fact that the appeal was dismissed for non-removal of office objections within stipulated time, and after getting knowledge of this, the applicant has moved these applications. The learned counsel for the applicant also undertakes to remove objections within two weeks. As such, both these applications are allowed as prayed.
3) The delay of 279 days in filing the restoration application is hereby condoned. The appeal be restored to KOLHE
