This is an application for condonation of delay of 125 days caused for filing application for restoration of first appeal.

The learned advocate for the appellant contended that she has no knowledge of law, she was not properly directed by the advocate therefore, she could not file the paper book within stipulated time.

The learned advocate for the appellant submits that now the paper book is ready and it can be filed within a week.

Considering submission of learned advocate for the appellant and as the delay is not deliberately caused, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.
