Heard. This is husband's appeal against dismissal of his petition seeking divorce decree. 2.
Admit. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent waive notice.

Both learned Counsel urge that there is likelihood of settlement and therefore, the matter may be referred for mediation.

In view of above, by consent, we appoint Shri J. Chandurkar, Advocate as Mediator in the matter. Parties are directed to appear before the said Mediator within two weeks by taking his prior appointment. Learned Mediator, to submit his report within a period of two weeks, from the date of first appearance of the parties.
